My First Dress

I bought this dress to be Karissa's Easter dress. Seeing she was stubborn and didn't want to come out before Easter she gets to wear the dress now.

Miss Karissa was wide wake this morning, so I thought what better time to take a few pictures. I think she is too cute!

Look what I found today!!

Oh how I love my thumb!

How cute am I? My outfit complete with matching shoes...boy am I one styling chick!

We had put Miss Karissa in her crib this afternoon and I peaked in on her and found this....Her sucking her thumb!! Yes she actually found it and was going to town sucking on it! She got so made when she moved her hand and lost it. We also found that she loves her Michigan mobile (Thanks Grandpa Bob and Grandma Jan) and her rain forest crib toy. Daddy picked her out fit out today so I had to take pictures of her, shocker there!!

We think that this picture turned out remarkably well considering it's hospital picture! She has my big blue eyes and daddy would say my big mouth too. She has everything else from daddy, even his red hair!! I always wanted a red haired baby, I can't wait to see if it will be curly like mine someday.

My Big Bro - N - Me

Buddie came home from the shop this afternoon to find out that we had made it home with his baby sister! He was very curious about what this little thing was. He sniffed at her and then nudged at her wanting her to play with him. He has done very well adjusting to his new sister. He always has to check out what she is doing and just sits and stares at us when she cries. He even gets up during the night when I am feeding her!! What a good big brother!

Finally Home

We made it home and put her done in the living room. We looked at each other and said now what do we do with her??

Homeward Bound!!

Thursday March 27
We were given the okay to go home!! I was so excited to be able to leave!! Karissa wasn't so sure about the car seat at first so it's a good thing we did a trial run before strapping her in for the ride home. She slept the entire ride home.

Baby Bump

So here are a couple of 'baby' pictures taken at 36 weeks. Thanks to my mother in law for taking them. Well we took many more but I haven't gotten those yet. Baby is now 38 weeks and counting. She is head down and ready to rock-n-roll, we just wish she would do that a little faster!! I will let everyone know when she has arrived.
