Halloween Party

Our annual Halloween party was last Saturday. We a lot of fun like usual and had really cool costumes show up. Karissa wasn't scared of anyone, Buddie on the other hand wasn't too sure about some people (I would think that he would be used to it by now seeing it's a yearly event).

Grand Haven

learning how to drive the truck.....I can almost see over the stearing wheel!

We decided to go to Grand haven yesterday afternoon to see the big waves. We discovered that everyone else had the same idea. We sat and ate pizza in the truck and then took a walk on the beach. Buddie thought it was great being able to walk on the beach. We didn't stay out long seeing it was so windy. We stopped for Coldstone on the way home...yummy! Karissa loved that part of the afternoon!

7 Months Old

Karissa is 7 months old today. She is getting so big and has such a little personality. She makes me laugh all the time. her smile will make anyone smile back at her and her laugh makes you laugh. She is sitting up like a pro, and is rolling all over the place. She gets up on the hands and knees but doesn't go anywhere yet. She would much rather be standing up or in her jump-a-roo. She loves to eat!! She eats 2 meals a day of cereal and baby food. The only thing that she doesn't like is peas (I don't blame her!). She is in size 3 diapers, 6-9 month clothes, and size 3 shoes. She has graduated to a big girl car seat in daddy's truck and will soon in mommy's car too! Her hair is finally starting to grow back and I think that it may still have a reddish tint to it. She is such a happy baby, that can be very opinionated! I just love her!
