One Month Old

Olivia is one month old already. I'm not sure where the time has gone, definitely too fast that's for sure. She is doing really well. She is sleeping 4-6 hours at night and 3-4 hours during the day. I'm hoping that she starts sleeping through the night soon! She was 8 lbs 3 oz at her 2 week appointment so I'm sure she should be about 9 lbs by now. She doesn't seem to be growing as fast as Karissa did but that's okay. She really not doing much more than that yet, no smiles to report. She has amazing head control already so I'm sure she will be enjoying her bumbo seat very soon. Karissa is totally in love. She has just discovered that she can see over the crib if she stand on her stool, so that is what she has been doing all day. She wants to hold Olivia all the time and give her kisses too. She has adjusted really well and we haven't had any problems with her acting out, thankfully! So that is the latest on my girlies.

Karissa was super excited when I put 3 ponies in her hair! Okay she may look a little bit silly but seriously I have waited years for this so yes she sported 3 ponies and I think that they were cute!

Karissa is learning to be a very big helper. Olivia had started to scream in her swing so I told Karissa to go give her her binkie. Well she tried very hard to get her to take it. Olivia was trying to tell her that wasn't what she wanted but Karissa tried none the less. She came to get me to say "baby crying" I guess that was my cue to fix her and make her stop!
First Bath

Rubba Dubba Dub Olivia's in the tub! Olivia took her first bath and wasn't so sure that she liked it. She screamed for the first few minutes but then settled down and seemed to like getting her hair washed! The second bath went a little bit better with less screaming. She was very happy in her towel when she was done a little too happy seeing she peed all over!! I guess she doesn't like to be clean after all!

Here are more pictures of my little girls. We are doing very well, busy but good. Olivia is a good baby although she likes to party at night sometimes. Karissa is doing very well with her little sister. It's like she's been here forever.
