5 Weeks

Karissa is now 5 weeks old. She still a wonderful baby. We did figure out that she is very attached to me and screams when anyone else holds her. So I thought these pictures of her wearing the I love mommy shirt were all too true and I just had to post them.

First Walk

Today Karissa went for her first walk with her new friend Jayden. Of course the mommies went along too. It was a little chilly out so you can see the girls are all bundled up. We hope to be able to go for a walk together everyday until we both go back to work.

Buddie isn't so sure that he wants to be a riding dog.

Here just a few pictures form our weekend. We stayed home mostly except for doing the March of Dimes walk Saturday morning. It sure was cold outside! I just thought I would share a few more pictures of our princess!

I Love My Daddy

I think that we own about every shirt or outfit that says I love daddy. This is one of my favorites because I just love the bright pink. It's a good thing that she doesn't mind having her picture taken because I take a ton. I can't wait for her to start smiling for them.

Grandpa's Girls

4 Weeks

Karissa is now 4 weeks, how the time flies by. She is getting bigger, but not too big yet. She still fits her newborn clothes with some room to spare. She is sleeping through the night from about 10 pm to 7 am. She has decided that she likes to be held all the time during the day and will scream the moment you lay her down. This makes it very hard for mommy to get anything done, but mommy doesn't mind snuggling with her either. She still has very red hair, and looks a lot like her daddy. We think she's pretty cute!

Cousins

Karissa and Peyton played at Grandma's house today. They both happened to be in purple so we thought we would take some pictures. Peyton was very curious about Karissa.

Is It Summer Yet?

So I have been waiting to try Karissa's bikini on her. She's all ready for summer and to go swimming in Grandpa Bob's pool!! What a bathing beauty!

Pretty Dress

Thanks for Auntie Kate for letting us borrow this pretty dress. I can't wait for summer to come so that Karissa can wear it outside.

My Ray of Sunshine

I call Karissa my ray of sunshine when she is in this outfit. It's a very unique color for a baby and I love it. Thanks to Shaun & Kristi for the adorable outfit!

3 Weeks Old

yes the hair is still very red!!

Karissa is 3 weeks old today. She is doing very well and is still a very good baby. She is growing bigger every day. She awake a lot more during the day but still sleeps at least 6 hours at night. (Mommy is loving that!) We just can't get enough of her!

What every girl needs....

....A Bathrobe!!! Yes mommy thought I needed a bath again so that I could try out my bathrobe. I was less that thrilled with this idea as you can see. This also proves that I do indeed scream (daddy says I have mommy's big mouth!).

My Bestest Doggie

My Buddie and me chillin on the couch. Yes I am wearing blue, but this is the first outfit that mommy and daddy bought after they found out I was on the way. Remember mommy was positive that I was a boy so that's why it's blue. Maybe this is what baby boy Lintjer will look like some day. Mommy tells me that girls can wear blue too!

2 Weeks Old

Karissa is now 2 weeks old! We had our first doctor appointment today and found out that we have a little piggy on our hands! Karissa is weighing in at 8 lbs 14 ozs! Oh and she now is 21.75 inches long! So she is in the 75% for weight and 90 % for height! She's going to be tall like her daddy. I can't believe that she is that big already, and I was worried she wasn't eating enough! She is also starting to sleep 6 hours at night, and is awake a lot more during the day. She is such a good baby, I could have 10 more if they were just like her!

Cherries Anyone?

This is one stylish baby! The outfit complete with matching sunglasses is just too cute. The sunglasses are hilarious because they are way to big for her face!! Uncle Rick says she's just like to cool kids because they all have the big sunglasses these days! She doesn't mind wearing them for a few minuets, just enough for a couple of pictures. I just thought I would show off our princess.

Tubby Time

Rubba-Dubba-Dub Karissa's in the tub! Oh how I love the tubby, and having my hair washed. I was scrubbed clean in my fancy new tub which I love!! I can't wait to splish splash again soon.

One Week Old

Mommy took me to the post office for our first outing, and my birthday.

So yesterday was Karissa's one week birthday! I can't believe that it's been a whole week already. Karissa is doing wonderful, she is sleeping at least 4 hours at night. She is a wonderful eater and is just a very happy baby!
